Your Role at Nuanxed

In a small but skilled and effective team collaborate in developing our literary translation system.

The system consists of a custom web-based book translation editor and translation management system (React, MUI, Recoil), with a microservice based backend (NestJS (Node)/MongoDB) running in a cloud environment (Google Cloud, Kubernetes). The main programming language is Typescript with some sprinkles of JavaScript and Java.

‍

As a member of the development team you are expected to be able to contribute to all areas of the application. This includes conceptualizing, coding, documenting and testing (Jest, Cypress) in all parts of the system as well as performing DevOps tasks and configuration (Skaffold, Kustomize, Terraform).

For this particular job opening it would be desired to have an extra interest in Node.js backend development and the operation (deployments, monitoring etc.) of a cloud platform.
